§ 1 Scope, Customer Information
The following general terms and conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between

and customers and corporate clients who purchase goods through our shop. Terms and conditions which are contrary from, or deviate from our terms and conditions are not accepted by us. The contract language is German. In case of any abiguity or conflict the original german terms take precedence.
§ 2 Conclusion of contract
(1) The offers on the Internet represent a non-committal invitation to you to buy goods.
(2) You can add one or more products to your shopping cart. In the course of the ordering process, you enter your data and requests regarding payment methods, delivery modalities, etc. Only by clicking the order button you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(3) With the confirmation of receipt (order confirmation) sent immediately by e-mail, the acceptance of your offer is also declared at the same time and the purchase contract concluded.
§ 3 Customer information: Storage of your order data
Your order with details of the concluded contract (e.g. type of product, price, etc.) will be stored by us. You can access the terms and conditions at any time via our website. As a registered customer, you can access your past orders via the customer’s LogIn area (My account).
§ 4 Customer Information: Correction Notice
Prior to your final order you can correct your entries at any time by deleting the order. We will inform you about further corrective options on the way through the ordering process. You can also complete the ordering process at any time by closing the browser window.
§ 5 Reservation of title
The purchase remains our property until full payment has been received.
§ 6 Warranty
Our goods are covered by guaranty rights according to BGB.
Alternative dispute resolution pursuant to Art. 14 para. 1 ODR-VO and § 36 VSBG:
The European Commission is providing an online dispute resolution platform (OS), which can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged or willing to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board or agency.
Conditional additions: AfterPay - purchase on invoice
If you decide to pay by AfterPay invoice purchase, AfterPay takes over for us the entire processing of your invoice purchase. We already inform you here that we assign the demand arising from your purchase to AfterPay. Therefore, you will receive an invoice from AfterPay for your purchases via e-mail and your payment must be made to AfterPay's account. From receipt of the goods you have 14 days to pay your order. If you do not pay the order within these 14 days, you will be in default of payment.

You want to pay by installment? We gladly offer this service with our partner AfterPay. AfterPay is a product of Arvato Payment Solutions GmbH, Gütersloher Str. 123, 33415 Verl.
If you decide to pay with the AfterPay installment payment, AfterPay will handle the entire processing of your payment transactions for us. We already inform you here that we assign the demand arising from your purchase to AfterPay and therefore the payment must be made to AfterPay. You will receive all essential information, such as due dates and account information, from AfterPay by email.
